Since the transition from self-employment of ski instructors to employment, Trenkwalder Sports Austria has been supporting ski schools with an innovative concept of personnel provision and professional advice.
Employees are employed through Trenkwalder Sports Austria and assigned to the ski school to perform their duties. All personnel-related issues are therefore also taken care of. This naturally also includes a payroll tax audit by social insurance providers and tax authorities.
The advantages are clear – the administrative effort for which Trenkwalder Sports Austria is responsible saves customers costs and valuable time.
