Trenkwalder Sports Austria GmbH was founded in Nenzing / Vorarlberg in 2013 and is the specialist in the field of staff provision for ski schools.
It is part of the international Trenkwalder Group, which has been gathering experience in the European labor markets for over 35 years and forms the stable foundation for innovative personnel solutions. This was also officially recognized by the award of the international “Investors in People” seal of quality.
Trenkwalder is now one of the 10 largest personnel service providers in Europe and currently employs more than 35,000 people in 14 countries.

The Trenkwalder Group has been addressing the employment problem at ski schools since 2009 and has developed a concept specifically tailored to the personnel area. Since personnel and structural costs represent by far the greatest expense in this industry, the focus is particularly on process and cost optimization.
In addition to staff provision, the range of services also includes complete payroll accounting for employees in conjunction with a tailor-made IT program for hourly recording, GKK reports and document management.
